Return and Refunds Policy

1. Damaged Goods and Storage Responsibility:
- We take utmost care to deliver all of our products in pristine condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to incorrect storage by the customer.
- Customers are required to arrange appropriate storage for the delivered goods. Improper storage, exposure to the elements, or failure to secure the products may result in damage for which the company cannot be held liable.
2. Delivery Drop-off Point:
- Our delivery team strives to accommodate your preferences regarding the drop-off point for the products. However, the safety of our delivery personnel and compliance with local regulations are our top priorities.
- We will make every effort to deliver the products as close to your desired drop-off point as possible, provided it is deemed safe and feasible by our delivery team.
3. Inspection upon Delivery:
- We encourage customers to inspect their delivered goods upon arrival. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please bring it to the attention of our delivery team immediately.
- In the event of visible damage or an error in the order, please document the issue with clear photographs and notify our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Refund and Replacement:
- Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis for valid claims of damage or errors in delivery.
- To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide order details, clear photographs of the issue, and any other relevant information.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the approval of the claim.
5. Cancellations:
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
