Mick Lynch Timber and Bark Mulch is a 3rd generation family business. We sell Firewood, Wood Pellets, Landscaping Supplies and Fencing Supplies.

Founded by Mick Lynch in 1965, he grew "Mick Lynch & Son Tree Surgery" into one of Ireland's leading Tree Surgery outfits working alongside his son John and a small crew of great staff. Clients included home owners, councils, schools, private companies and government bodies. They specialised in Dangerous Tree Felling, Traffic Management and Timber Sales.

In 2011, they acquired a yard in Ballinea, Mullingar for machinery and timber storage. In 2021, John opened this yard up to the public and extended the product line to supply home owners, landscapers and fencing contractors with everything they need.

John's 3 sons work in the business. In late 2025, Eoin joined the family business after a career in software Engineering. Alex and Oliver also work in the business when they're not in school and college. We opened our shop and office and our yard was fitted with additional machinery for loading customers coming for collection.

We opened an online store to make it easier for customers to explore our product range and make orders. This is possible thanks to our nationwide delivery partners helping us to sell all over Ireland.

We strive to have what our customers need at the best possible prices. We have an emphasis on only stocking great quality products and keeping prices as fair as we can.
